“If left to themselves, things will always go from bad to worse”.

Please, help us.

Society has programmed boys at a young age to believe that talking about their feelings is “only for girls” or “weak men”. This type of thinking festers inside struggling young men that grow into adult men who have powerful, suppressed feelings of inadequacy, sadness, and hopelessness.

Your donation to the 'i love you, bro' PROJECT will go towards...

Creating access and affordability for all men to professional services, such as:
  • Individual & Group Therapies
  • Individual & Group Counseling sessions
  • Personal Development classes, including Anger Management, Grief & Trauma Counseling, Divorce and Co-Parenting skills, and other self-improvement courses
  • Addiction and Recovery from Pornography, Alcoholism, Drug abuse, and other means of self-harm
  • Medical Consultations and Medication Management for necessary medicinal care
Removing stigma by actively educating the community about Mental Health:
  • Allowing our sons, dads, and all men to express their worries, stresses, and insecurities that feels most natural to them
  • Accepting male-vulnerability as a fundamental component of the human experience
  • Opening our hearts to all men, to embrace collaboration over competition, to champion equality over domination, to give up aggression for kindness, to fully express our emotions, and to not be afraid of seeking help when things get difficult
